bruised rib

So my doctor told me it looks like I have brusining in my rib. All she told me was that she can't give me anything for it because of the baby. I know that. But what do.I do? She didn't tell me what I should do. Like should I put an ice pack on there. Like what do I do? She told me to.walk through contractions and all that. But wouldn't walking make it worse. I have the worst doctor ever. I have till next week to have my baby. Or they will secdule to induce me. I'm having the worst day ever :'(

I guess my baby doesn't have room in there. So she's constantly kicking or hitting my ribs :(

Thank you. Should I stop walking? My babys really low but wouldn't walking make it worse? I don't want to stop walking but if bi have to its gonna suck. Thank you. I hope you feel better. I kinda knew something was up when I had trouble moving and breathing. But I can't believe she's strong enough to bruise my ribs :(

Ice pack and a heating pad. Sorry to hear about your bruised rib. I know the pain, I have a possible cracked rib that has been this way since 2011. Dont forget Tylenol.
