37 weeks is considered full term. Good luck to you. But chances are she will be very healthy.

Yes they wont let me go past 37 weeks becauae of the risk of rupture ..... My last came in at 32 weeks and was 6 lbs and healthy but i dont think someone can be that lucky twice... So fingers crossed .... As long as she is healthy im happy ... Thank you ladies ...i feel alot better

My now 6 week old baby boy was born at 37 weeks because i was dilating and im a c-section. Baby weight 5.12 lbs and had no problems at all. With a classic c-section i believe they wont let you go more than 37 weeks do to rupture or other things that can happen.

My son was born at 37 weeks and was fine.
Just wondering...why are they doing it at 37 instead of 38, 39 or 40 weeks? Do they not want you to go into labor at all?
