Hello I am 30+4 and today I woke up not feeling great I had a bowl of cereal at around 6am cause I felt so hungry. I fell back asleep and when I woke I felt like throwing up, although I only threw up some clear liquid not to much, I ate and not to long after I threw it up :( and now I feel a lil nausea and I'm getting hungry again I don't know what to eat I don't want to throw up... I'm bearly gaining back some weight.

Oh and as well as it triggers contractions to follow after vomiting or diarrhea.

Call your doctor. I was having severe diarrhea a couple months ago and my doctor explained to me that diarrhea and vomiting can be triggered by uterine contractions and also a sign of preterm labor. So I would get checked to be safe. it turned out with me I just got food poisoning so I was givin a suppository for nausea. so hopefully you just have a small stomach bug and its nothing too serious.

As soon as I finished posting I drank some water (room temp.) And I threw it up :( there was a little blood a few streaks I'm thinking its because I have been throwing up the food I've ate, should I be worried...
