contractions after a prenatal massage??

I just had a prenatal massage and I vé been going to the same massage therapist for over a year... I l am 21 weeks pregnant and she rubbed my neck ( but showing which trigger point to avoid.... well am few minutes onto in I felt like a muscle spam in muscle tommy. I told her and she said to be and ware of any contractions during the next 12 hours!! I vé already cried twice since I got out and freaking out... not sure what to think or how I would know of I'm having contractions! ! Please help!

Thank you! I did freak out.. but my hubby reassured me and thank goodness everything is good. Will just hold on till baby is in my arms before I get another massage!

Just stay calm and drinks lots of water to help flush out the toxins released during the massage! Believe me, you would know if you were having contractions, don't stress yourself!
