No, nothing we can do about our fluffy parts. :) I remember contractions started as low, regular cramping that would go away completely in between, then to spread to farther up as labor progressed.
I'm the same way! Even though I lost 45 lbs b4 I found out its still flabby at the bottom. I'm 38 weeks n sometimes it gets hard but not as hard as the top part of my tummy. When I'm layin down everything is hard! I guess it jus depends on how strong the contraction is. Good luck!
I wondered the same thing! With having had two babies back to back and a third right after I've wondered sometimes " Am I having contractions or is baby just moving??" So its good to know lol. My flab is partially from.gaining weight with all these babies and because of my C-Sections
its your uterus muscle that gets hard, so if your have abit of wobbly skin down the bottom now, that wont get hard when contractions begin :)
