Have you had your first Dr's appt yet? I'm sure that will help put your mind at ease a bit once you do if you haven't.

I still sleep on my stomach at almost 26 weeks and baby is perfectly fine and healthy. It's the only way I have ever been able to fall asleep ever since I was little, I honestly don't know how I'll sleep when I get too big to lay on my tummy.

Lol I think that u are a little too paranoid. Your baby is like a dot .... u could sleep on your tummy and tylenol is actually okay .. even if u took and devil you're  still very early. So just stop stressing and relax everything is ok

Tylenol is ok to have while pregnant. Every pregnancy is different, so you may not have the same symptoms in the same time frame as your first. It's hard to believe you are pregnant for the first few months honestly. If you are really worried, call your doctor and see if you can get an appointment to have the baby checked.

I had the same thing around that point. Suddenly my pants felt looser than they did before. The baby is still really really tiny and your uterus isn't too large, so even a tiny shift can make you not feel it anymore. If you haven't had cramping or bleeding, I'm sure you are fine. But if you are really worried, call your doctor
