I really don't like the idea of daycare. Not only is it expensive, but I'm highly protective of my baby girl. I don't like the idea of trusting someone I don't know with caring for my daughter.. thankfully my SIL is a stay at home mom and is watching her while I work
Yea I'm gonna try tonwork around my bf schedule to...
Im not. My husband will be staying home with him as daycare is expensive and my hubby is on disability for high anxiety. Dr told him that he will probably neber hold a 8h job. But it doesnt stop him from wanting to go to school for something he likes :) im proud of him.
Only after his a uear and a half old so i can go and finish my degree but i have a friend who works at the daycare so im really not that worried and he will be full immunised by that point.
I'll be going into my masters next fall & baby will be 7 mths then. If need be (if no night classes available) we will do hourly daycare at my school (so just when I'm actually in class), but hoping to wait until 18mths if possible. I definitely think daycare is so great for the socialization process :-)
Ummm nope to scared after watching that little 8 year old boy on camera punching and biting those little babies it scared me so nope!!
Nope. It's our first so I want to be with him. I nanny for two little girls right now (9&4) so if I decide to go back after he is born he can be with me :)
I will after the baby is 3 months and I'm going back to school. I'm really lucky my daycare lady has watched my daughter for almost 3 years and is saving a spot for my baby when he arrives. If I didn't know her well I wouldn't feel comfortable though.
Nope. My boyfriend is working days and I'll be working nights
I will be eventually when I go back to school and work! But not too early
I'm not. I'm staying home and taking care of my baby. My husband is gonna have to work more hours though. :/. But @jessikaM, @maybay and@ Deanna11 forget the daycare and bring them over. I don't mind watching after more! :p
I am putting mine in a home daycare when I have to go back to work. Like 6 or 8 weeks. I'm nervous to leave my little one, but it's the same daycare my 4 year old goes to
I will be when I go back to university in the spring. But only hourly care. I am thinking I will just go back part time. Our daycare here does not accept untill 6 weeks old. So I an skipping fall term.
After my year long mat leave when i return to work i plan on leaving babe with my mil a few days each week but also at a daycare or dayhome for the other days of the week. Daycare may be more difficult to find because a lot of them won't take infants under a certain age
