I had been doing really well with acne until I hit my 3rd trimester, now I am breaking out constantly!! I have been washing my face regularly like before, but nothing seems to be happening. I have noticed however that I am sweating now more than normal, so I'm thinking that this could maybe be what's causing it!!
My first trimester wasnt too bad until just before my second started. Now I am breaking out around my jaw line where my neck and jaw line meet. IT sucks. I had to start wearing foundation again to cover it up. Ugh!!! I am hopin it goes away soon. Oh yah, and my chest it breaking out too a little. Frustrating because all the cute maternity tops show the upper part of your chest and collar bones and it shows the break out.
at 34 weeks my skin is just starting to clear up and I barely ever got a pimple before.
warm compress, dial soap and good luck!
That was one of my first "signs" of Pregnancy...Acne all over my chest, forehead and back. I never and I mean never had Acne (maybe one pimple when AF came) but that was it. Than all of a sudden I started breaking out like crazy in those areas..and low and behold I was Pregnant.
Good Luck!
ugh i have it horribly and im 18 weeks, luckily not huge ones, but def lots of little ones. i will have to try the antibacterial soap and see if that works for me...ive got some neutrogena that doesnt have peroxide or salylic(sp) acid in it..but eh..still crappy skin..
hi, yes i got the worse pimples with my pregnancy, it did start to clear up in my second trimester but it was everywhere, and really bad on my neck. They say that a baby girl steels your beauty - i had a girl. Anyway good luck and i hope you get a BFP.
Oh my first trimester was horrible with acne!! OMG it is finally starting to die down now that I am in my second trimester. I still get it in my cleavage, and on my chin. And it sucks not being able to use anything that powerful for it either. What seems to be helping it out a lot is using an anti-bacterial soap to cleanse. It worked wonders for me. Good luck, and I hope you get a BFP!!
