I have only had slight cramping nothing too serious and no bleeding. @Junebaby17 I will definitely try more water. Thanks every one for the helpful advice. I have my Dr. Visit in a couple days so im sure she can (hopefully) give me some insight on what I can do to help it. Thanks again.

Try drinking more. You may just be dehydrated.

Im 36 weeks and every now and then have the same problem. If you are not enemic or have pregnancy diabetes, then its most likely just due to the fact that your body is making more blood than when you are not preg. (To support the baby) all I did was wait it out but every now and then I still get dizzy
