dont feel pregnant anymore

I don't feel pregnant anymore! :( I went to the doctors last wed for an ultrasound and they said I was 6weeks but the baby has a low heart rate! I go back tomorrow for another ultrasound but the day after I had my 1st ultrasound I stopped feeling pregnant and I've been having cramps off and on but no bleeding. Are these signs of a miscarriage?

With my first m/c I had the d&c because I was further along.  With my second m/c I was right at 6 weeks and m/c naturally.  Its a personal decision. If you want to wait to m/c naturally you can.  If u want it over quick have the d&c.  Sorry for ur loss and good luck.

I had times during the first trimester where my morning sickness wasn't as bad or I wouldn't have pelvic discomfort and no longer felt pregnant -- this can be just our worries manifesting in odd ways!

OK so I'm glad I'm not the only one. I go for my 6 wk ultrasound next week. I just have a feeling I'm not pregnant any more.  My mom and hubby don't understand.  I feel empty. Guess I'll find out.
