excerise

What excerise is suitable during pregnancy? Dont want to put on to much weight else where

You can swim, walk, elliptical, you can do anything your body allows you to do. No crunches or situps tho.

I try and swim as much as I can, just because I don't want to over heat. You can walk too and that's safe. I find with swimming it's easier on my body too, that way I stay hydrated as well as I don't feel like I'm "working out."
