You can't catch the flu from getting the flu shot. That's not how it works.

If you got the flu shot you most likely have the flu I would go to hospital so they can test you because the flu is very contagious and your putting others at risk. If you can't keep fluids down that is harmful to your baby because it can cause dehydration. And is some cases the flu has been known to kill unborn baby. Just go to the doctors to see what is going on better be safe and find out early then to be sorry and find out if is the flu.

Highly unlikely that the flu shot had anything to do with how you're feeling right now. There are some nasty strains of norovirus going around this winter (and being a virus, there is no treatment besides letting it run its course). I would start off with a phone call to your provider before heading to the hospital. Most stomach bugs are self limiting and very short lived, almost none of them require emergency treatment, and all of then are incredibly contagious making a trip to the ER an exercise in learning how many people can be infected all at once. Sips of water, enough to keep you from becoming dehydrated, should be your main concern. But again, give a call to your provider for their recommendation.
Phenergan is the same thing as Zofran btw Nikki.

If you can't keep any fluid or food down i would probably go to the hospital. I was so sick at one point in my pregnancy i couldn't even keep stomach acid down. So i got a shot of zofran, a shot of phennigan, some antibiotics, and a couple of bags of fluids through an iv. Plus they hooked me up to a bunch of machines to monitor the baby's heart rate and movement. I was released after a couple of hours but it really helped. Afterwards they told me to drink gingerale, and nibble on jello cups. That away i was atleast getting something in my system for the baby.

If your worried call your doctor or go into the hospital. Don't rely on other moms to tell you what they think.
