Hahah, this is kind of funny but, i realized that when i ate a lot of salt and vinegar chips and pickles. talk about a weird smell. :P
yeah, maybe you should also check into your diet..
i love onions thats probably why.
Make sure you're drinking a lot of water. The rule of thumb (according to Dr. Oz, who is Oprah's doc) is to drink half your weight in ounces. For examply, if you weigh 145, you need to drink 72.5 ounces of water a day, more if you're pregnant or have been working out/sweaty. And you need to drink 64 ounces of water PER can of pop/cup of coffee/tea in a day as they dehydrate you. So drop all the other drinks but water and see if that alleviates the scent. If not, call your doctor and ask what the results were.
If you have normal results, the doctors usually don't say anything at all (they probably become more concerned and interested in a bad result and will notify you ASAP). I think that the smell is pretty common but an unspoken truth of pregnancy. I don't think it'll hurt you or the baby.
Also, take a close look at your diet. If you're eating a lot of garlic, onion, or other very smelly foods, you will begin to smell like it down there.
Call them and check back up on it, like wannabamommy said. and tell them it's getting worse.
i too have smelled like that but right after my period has ended and i went to the doctore and everything was fine no infection or anything. its not that strong thought but i have smelled it a few days after my peruiod has ended then the smell and then a couple days after that no smell at all.
I would call your doctor up and ask what the test results were if she didn't get back to you. Maybe the office just forgot.
