getting milk to dry up
So I was told to wrap my chest which I did but it's still really uncomfortable and i took off my wrap this morning to find my boobs molded to the shape they were squished into, has that happened to anybody? they were square, not kidding. anyway what tips do you guys have? I just got my milk in on thanksgiving. I've heard of the cabbage leaves and wrapping them
Take allergy medicine. When my son turned 1 I was done breastfeeding so my doctor said antihistamine in medicine dries ur milk up. Get the nin drowsy kind. Took about a week.
They'll dry up on their own. Wear a good support bra. Mine dried up in a couple weeks. ..I've heard the cabbage leaves work.
