I had morning sickness, more like all day sickness, everyday for the first 6 months of my first pregnancy. My nausea medication didn't even help me. And I was constantly in the ER to get fluids. My baby was healthy and huge. Lol. So it's not that big of a worry. Part of pregnancy is getting sick. You lucky it's only 2 days at a time. I'm 12 weeks into my second pregnancy now and it's not much different from the first. Throwing up alot.
Yes morning sickness can last for two days, honestly if you only have it a few days consider yourself lucky. I had it EVERYDAY for 17 weeks this time resulting in me losing 30 pounds. Its part of pregnancy unfortunately. If you feel you can't keep anything down at all even your nausea medicine then go to the ER. They will give u fluids & medicine through an IV.
Hang in there sweetie, I have had morning sickness everyday since week two. I am now 28w2d and STILL get sick. Try a peppermint (the zofran and finagrin never worked for me) and a nice warm bath (keep a trash can close!) Hopefully things will get better for you. A lot of peoples morning sickness goes away after the 2nd trimester! Never did for me, but everyone is different!
Morning sickness? It lasts for two days straight and doesnt stop???? At all.
Ive tried everything. I cant keep amything down at all. I sip on water and in five mins I throw up. I cant keep my prenatals down or even my nausea medicine.
Try chicken broth. Water is fast fulling, so that's prob why you couldn't even keep that down. Try toast and a banana as well. Peppermints help too.
Morning sickness. & the two time a day thing is not true. I threw up literally EVERYTHING all day at the beginning. Like 5-8 times a day. Got so bad I broke blood vessels in my face. I had to worry about staying hydrated. That was my main focus. Got some medicine from my doctor & before long it got better. Around 16-17 wks for me. Only time u need to go to the hospital is if u get dehydrated and NEED fluids. Don't worry it will get better pretty soon.
