I am having crazy heartburn and tums and roliads don't work. Is there anything that i can take?

I was told to try ice water with cut up pieces of lemon or cucumber. Also try water and baking soda. I havnt tryed them just yet but hopefully it will help!

Sip ice cold milk and have something you really like on tv to try focus ur mind on. and lean over your bed or a footstool while your other half gently rubs your back.. really helps me. gaviscon liquid can help? Big gulp before bed and after meals... good luck heartburns a bit*h :)

Zantac up to 150 mg twice daily is ok per my pregnancy medication sheet given by my dr, u can check with urs just to make sure it's ok for you as an individual though

Try a teaspoon of baking soda and water. Shoot it like a shot then lay down. You will feel instant relief asmnd be ready for bed.

Ya that's why I would just ask the doc what you can take. Unfortunately the hormone relaxin is to blame for the heartburn. I hope it gets better.

I have tried all of that and i still have heartburn. And some of the meds from heartburn have side effects.

That would be an excellent question for your doctor. Meds are so particular during pregnancy lol. Have you tried drinking milk or water and sitting up?
