hello :)

I just found out I'm pregnant with baby number 1 :) my husband just deployed but i am so excited to go through this journey.

I go for my 1st appt on Monday.

Are there any certain things i shouldn't eat or limit?

I'm pretty excited :D I'm 22 years old and i'm in Southern California. :)

And its definitely going to be hard not drinking coffee lol (i'm a coffee addict) but anything for my baby :) i'll definitely make sure with my doctor on Monday for the things i shouldn't eat.

Second time mommy and drink A LOT of water constipation with pregnancy is awful water helps (: you can eat seafood just nothing raw no clams ect shrimp crablegs and fish are okay ! You want to stay away from sunny side up eggs bc you never know if its fully cooked good luck (: congrats

But, first off, Congratulations! (:
And secondly, any caffeine you should limit (coffee, soda etc.) and certain seafood/fish you should avoid/limit (not sure which ones exactly, I don't eat anything that lives in water!) I cant think of anything else off the top of my head. But If your on the app then sometimes there are little 'links' you can go to that tell you good/bad foods during pregnancy. Good Luck with everything!

Awww!. Are u considering wic? The wic office has a nutritionist that give you a chart & list of things u should stay away from
