Yeah I'm 37 weeks and it definitely gets way worse. Try to take some Tylenol extra strength that's about the only thong u can do and try to relax in a bath or go swimming after work to relieve pressure if u can
Trust me im 32+6 it only gets worse but those exercises help a lot
I'm almost 28 weeks and sleeping is the worst oh my god trying to roll over is impossible I 2 a key up completely by the time I end up rolling
Bounce on a exercise ball or do the pelvic rock
mine do too. it makes sleeping so difficult. :/
That happened to me. Its called round ligament pain. Its jusr your uterus stretching. Drink more water
It has been happening to me lately but idk what helps yet. They feel like they wanna pop but they don't and sleeping is a pain in the butt
