horrible heart burn :(

So what can i do to get rid of my heart burn or to atleast ease it a lil ! Tumbs aint working for me :( i cant even sleep cuz of the heart burn it feels horrible !

Ashou22 I don't eat spicy foods,  I also sleep kinda sitting up but don't work for me!

I take tumbs. N dont eat fatty or greasy foods.. try drinking milk also and put ur head up high with 2 or 3 pillows works for me.. oh no spicy food either its a killer

I couldn't take water either! I couldn't hardly breathe without having horrible heartburn!! I hate taking meds. But with my pain I didn't wanna hurt my son or my self so bad. I wish I didn't have to take it. But its so painful to have heartburn

I know -&& to top it off also im very constipated also ! I havent done poop in like 5 days no matter how hard i push

Eat lil portions all day. And wait about 2 hours to lay down I always eat around 6 or 7 because I lay down around almost 10 and it helps alot. And they say eat slow. And no greasy or fatty foods but I do I just eat it slow and wait to drink after I finish my meal. It helps alot and I haven't taken anything yet this pregnancy.

Talk to your doctor about zantac!! I still have heartburn but then I take a tums when it gets bad. I had so bad of heartburn it put me at risk for early labor. So my doctor said take zantac. So ask your doctor!! And make sure it will be okay for you to take. It HELPS!
