how far into the pregnancy do the midwives do a birth plan?

I had midwife yesterday and everything seemed fine except my iron is really low and baby is still head down and lying low. I'm only 25 weeks this week and she wants me to go back in 4 weeks to do my birth plan. But on ky daughter I didn't Do a birth plan til I 34 weeks. Does this mean baby might come early if she is rushing to get it done?

Midwives just make and follow their own plans and when to discuss what with you during your appointments. It's better to do your birth plan earlier than later. You'll almost be 30 weeks by then so I think that's a good time to do a birth plan.
