Robitussin or evening primrose oil. I alternated them while I was using clomid.

someone told me grapefruit juice is meant to help increase cm, try increasing your water intake too.

you can also buy a lube called Pre seed it is a sperm friendly lube. here is link to read more.

I have been doing evening prim rose oil (epo)and flax seed oil and alternating the 2 and it has seem to work wonders and for surely regulated my cycles.. EPO from cd1-O.. Flaxseed O-AF and I have been taking prenatals as well. I have only been at this for 2 months  and it seems the cm have increased this last month (look at tracker) I think I need to start doing the OPK to really pin point O... Goood luck

OH yeah I for got to add that the EPO and Flaxseed says to take 3 a day but I always forgot. I only remembered once a day and I still got good results... Well I havent been on the ball these last few weeks but other than that I saw immediate results

you can buy robittussin but with only the active ingridient GUAFENESIN.... also drink lots of water.
