Who has consipation and what do u take for it
I drank apple and prune juice a couple times a week and lots of water. Yea the constipation definitely is a pain in and rear (pun intended lol).
I took Miralax. It actually really really helped! With my first pregnancy, I was sore constipated, I actually tore on my backside. It was very painful and took a while to heal!! I highly recommend it because it softens and keeps you from being clogged up :)
