i need some advice please help !!!!

im 7weeks & im tryin to quite smokin its very hard i slowed down alittle i use to smoke 6 to 7 cigarettes a day but now i smoke about 1 or 2 & i dont buy packs anymore .. but i just need some advice about my situation

Hun I used to smoke and im 8  weeks. And I just quit. Its all in your head. I havent picked up a cigarette in 2 weeks its easy. Just if u want one dont think about it and start doing something else

I don't have the name of any locations in general (like ones that would be in every city) but know of one in our city.  I'd be glad to send you that information if you were in my town (you can pm me if you want to tell where you are), or you could simply google smoking cessation and hypnosis and you'll probably get some hits.

I'm 29weeks n was a long time smoker. I smoked a lot and best advice quit cold turkey. My husband still smoked n does now so it made it hard but I Jus thought about my baby n even my child now. Smokings not good for u n not good for Ur baby or anyone yr important to. Babies can be born with holes in Thier hearts from it ..... I read that n was done. Good luck.

Have you ever seen one of those clinics that uses hypnosis for smoking cessation?  I hear they work really well.  You sound like you're doing so well already that maybe something like that would put you over the top and you would not only stop but never start again.
