im 4 1/2mo. pre gnant and on my first visit to the doctor my pregnancy test came out really light

I have no idea is going on ...I went to my first doctors appointment yesterday for my pregnancy at 4 and a half months and i lied saying that i had no idea if i was pregnant or not. I did this because Im having trouble getting medicaid and I only had a little bit of money and a prenatal visit would cost more. When i took the urine pregnancy test it came out positive but extremely light so he didnt want to say i was pregnant but said that if i was it was only recent. I went and got a lab and  the receptionist called immeadiatly to make an appointment for me saying the doctor needed to see me.  Im worried . Did I misscariage ...i recently had one before this pregnancy and another 3 years ago, or is it a mistake. I feel the bay moving ...Am i being dilusional becouse i want this child so much????????????? Any advice or input would be appreciated .

I have to agree with all the other commenters.

At this point I think you need to get an ultrasound.

i think your mistake was not being honest with your doctor. he probably thought something is very off after seeing your bloodwork but hearing you claim that you didn't know whether or not you were pregnant. if i had to guess, he probably suspects you are far along and concerned that you have not received proper prenatal care. if you truly are 4 1/2 months along, then you should have had several appointments, including ultrasounds by now. given your medical history, you should have taken care of this sooner.

According to one of your previous posts, you had a D&C at the end of September 2008 and found out you were pregnant at the end of October 2008.  Based on this, you would be about 3.5 months pregnant (not 4.5 months pregnant).  

Its impossible to know what is going on in your case but its important to be upfront and honest with your doctor.  To "lie"  about facts of your pregnancy to save money can be dangerous to you and your baby.

How do you know that you are 4 1/2 months pregnant? If they do an ultrasound at your doctors office they can tell you if the baby is okay and they will be able to tell how far along you are, and its pretty accurate too. Maybe you should make an appt for an ultrasound...Good luck!
