implantation bleeding

i don't really know much about implantation bleeding except from what i've read on the internet. i had my period about 2 weeks ago and then 2 days ago i started bleeding but it was light and it was more of a brown discharge and it only lasted about a day or so. i always have my period around the same time. this is kind of irregular for me. i just need to know if i could possibly be pregnant or if it's a false alarm? someone please help me. i've been so nervous.

i am a little confused with the whole implantation bleeding thing also because i read that it only lasts 1-2 days on some sites and then others says it can last days.  i thought that i had it too and still dont know if i did or not yet. The only thing with me is that it happened only 2 days after my period was finished so i dont know if it was just perhaps some left over fluid from my period. Mine only happened for two days....but it didnt happen all day for those two days. it only happened once one day and once the second day. I felt it come out, went to the bathroom, saw it in my underwear and then that was it...and same thing the next day.
your best bet is a home pregnancy test. i did one just to ease my mind until i start my next period.
good luck

Well, I am in kinda the same boat as you. except 4 weeks ago i had a miscarriage. Yesterday I had very light pinkish bleeding. I thought it was a/f finally, but then today there was nothing. no pink tinge, no blood nothing. I have been feeling sick, sore boobs, headaches, and exhausted. I took a hpt test it was neg. So i am so lost. From what i read and read and read, implantation bleeding can occur anywhere from 3-10 days after ovulation. what i have not figured out yet is when yoiu will test postive on a hpt if you are indeed pregnant. I would say there is a definate possibility you are though. For me I am completely Lost!
