in a lot of pain

I'm 35 weeks and my stomach is so painful, it's tightening now and again and it really hurts but even when I'm not having the tightenings it's still painful and my lower to middle back is in a lot of pain as well. I really don't think I'm in labour as this is my second and it doesn't feel like Labour at all. So what are some ways to help with this pain? I'm feeling really tired, fed up and I feel sick as well and I really don't need this right now :( is it just. My body stretching? I'm so confused
