from weeks 18-23 I was SO sick after I'd drink milk, which is crazy because I had drunk milk my whole life. I asked my OB and he said I had developed a dairy allergy, which is actually so common during pregnancy, but the weird thing is is that when I switched to fat free, I don't get sick anymore. And it was throwing up and stomach pain :(
I developed it with this pregnancy. Any kind of dairy products made me sick. I thought it was just morning sickness but it carried on after I was past that stage so I spoke to my doctor and he recommended I avoid dairy until after delivery. I will be 23w on Saturday.
