loads of amnotic fluid????

should i b concerned that i have loads amnotic fluid around the baby? at 37 wks? been havin pain etc n  went to hospital to find out the baby is a gd average size but im measuring big cos i have lots amnotic fluid around the baby.

I had TONS of fluid with my last baby! I was HUGE!! When my water broke I continued to gush fluid out, I mean it never seemed to end! I was running around the house trying to get everyone ready to go to the hospital with a towel between my legs. I had to change it three times befor leaving to the hospital. My doctors knew about all the extra fluid and didnt say it was a problem. Im sure you are fine. You can always ask your OB at your next appointment if your really worried. BTW- I lost all the weight I put on just days after having my DD. I only gained like 17 lbs but I think it was all fluid, lol:)

wow thats great to hear u can lose that much weight wen the wter goes i hoope i do lol.  this evening i aint been feelin to great gettin like few period cramps n had ddiahria  like 3 time today i jst hope he comes really soon

I had tons of fluid with my son! My midwife always told me how the fluid level was great throughout the entire pregnancy. When the midwife broke my water, I was amazed at how much came out!! Once I gave birth, I lost 12 pounds right away!

I had alot of fluid around my son it just made for an impressive gush when they broke my water! I also lost 15-20 pounds just by giving birth between his weight and the fluid!

hi there again i dont think its anything 2 worry about i had loads ov fluid with my son and was MASSIVE so maybe its judt a boy thing
