may be pregnant what can i take?

i may be pregnant only three days late but alot of symptoms and try to have a baby. last june i was in a bad car accident and almost died. broke my c2 4 and 7 in my neck, all my ribs on left side spleen ruptured my liver split in half broke my pelvis stomuch separated and broke mt tib fib femuter and patela plus my ankle came out of the skin. after alot of physical therapy am doing really well walking fine its almost been a year. my question is im taking glucosemine 1500 plus msm 1500 and posture d calceum supliments can this hurt my pregnancy if i am pregnant i do take prenatals just in case.

glucosemine and msm are not pain meds thay are joint supplements

I would call your doctor immediately and find out what is suggested.  Also ask your doc about prenatals first, make sure it is safe to mix the vitamins with the meds.  He should be able to tell you waht to take and possible prescribe something else that may not effect your baby if you are pregnant. You should take prenatals...you can even take them if you are trying to get pregnant. It's always a good idea.
As far as what you are taking for pain I'm not sure. You would have to speak with your doc about it.
