Try talking to ur OB... i took Meds mine was so bad and thankfully they helped
Try wheat bread, saltine crackers, pepper mints, ginger ale, and b6 vitamins. I was the exact same way in the beginning of my pregnancy and the b6 vitamins and wheat bread helped me a lot. Also try eating frequent small meals
This is my first pregnancy...
But I had morning sickness daily around 6 - late 12 weeks..
To help me during that icky time, I layed down alot, perched my feet up on two pillows an used a billion pillows to hold me up. I was told continuesly to drink water, but I knew darn well water made me nauseas as ever.. I even ended up drinking OJ before my first ultrasound cause water made me sick.
If you feel really sick and are having a hardhard time getting your average food down, whynot try some Dry healthy cereal? :) I ate alot of dry honeynut cheerios / cheerios !
Dry Toast helped with cut cheese on it (not processed)..
and actually Milk helped me too. Warm milk with Honey was/is def a mental calmer for me an good for you too.. specially when you can't drink tea!
