Forgot to say - have sex at ovulation! The egg lives for up to 36 hours. Sperm lives for uo to 7 days, so sex before ovulation and at ovulation is what u need to do to concieve. If u don't want to do ovulation tests then just have sex every other day

It depends how long your cycle is, you generally ovulat 14 days before your period is due. Most women have a 28 day cycle but other like me have longer. I ovulate at day 19, I used an ovulation test kit to find out and concieved within 2 months of trying. You may find at ovulation you have an an increase of cervical mucus, this is good as it means the sperm can survive longer.
Cut out alcohol, cigarettes. Eat lots of fruit and veg, take your prenatal vitamins and exercise lightly 3 times a week. Also... After sex just lay there for a few mins with your pelvis tilted to help things on their way!
