My aunt always said get out of bed slowly, eat a few saltines before your feet even hit the floor, gingerale helps and they have prego pops that you can buy. I purchased some at Motherhood Maternity. You can suck on those throughout the day.
Good luck!
Goodluck i hope u find something. i tried just about every trick out there and nothing worked for me. i got my partner to bring me breakfast in bed as soon as i opened my eyes. i was still sick but not as bad as i was if i just got straight up. 35weeks and i am occasionally sick, very rarely but i still have to get breakfast in bed or im instantly sick. hang in there hopefully u won't have morning sickness the whole pregnancy

Have you seen your OB yet? You can try taking one benedryl to help with the nausea. If you can see your OB or your family doc you can ask for Zofran. Works great for a lot of people. With me I had to take the zofran and benedryl together and even then I would still get sick. I am expecting twins so I have a double whammy of hormones that are making me sick.
Good luck! I know how bad morning sickness *****!
I was sick ALL THE TIME in my first trimester. My advice is to keep food by the bed for when you wake up, really. With mine, it could start before I even sat up in bed, or right after. After a while I got pretty good at the wake up, get sick, then eat schedule. Best of luck!
My doctor told me that I could take 1/2 of a unisome and a B6. (up to 4 times a day add needed) it did wonders for me!
