doctor told me its no good so did family members they said the same thing u said blood vessels that can make me light head and also give me back pain but thanks and im not going to.stop they never told me its bad for the baby

Who told you its not good? It's just awkward as your bump may get in the way and that lay flat on your back can push on blood vessels making you light headed, unless a medical advisor has told you its not good then I wouldn't stop.
