never thought id pee my pants!!!
Yesterday we just walked into walmart and my husband let out two wimpy *** coughs and then farted so loud in front of a bunch of people that I laughed so hard that I literally peed my pants and had to go back to the car! Still laughing and looking like a crazy person! People have told me that you will pee your pants while pregnant and I had such faith in my bladder control I was like nope not gonna happen! Now I'm gonna get some panty liners!
The first time that happened to me it as just me and hubby alone and I was mortified!! He saw my face and thought I was in pain or something and then I told him I wet myself and he still won't let me forget it. Now if I cough too hard or sneeze I tinkle a little, kegels help! And so do toe/calf raises, they work the muscles on the sides of your vajayjay right beside the kegel muscles
Aww sweetie. First time it happened to me i sneezed... literally just sneezed and boom... pee :( iwas gutted. Try doing ypur pelvic floor muscle exercises & i wear period pads now... night time ones so they are thick & able to soak it up if i am out & cannot control it xx
Oh man. That's embarrassing but funny at the same time! Gotta love being pregnant right lol
