Trust your mammy instincts not your doctor!! My baby is 7 weeks old I've took her to my doctor 3 times this week with cough and wheezing and I was fobbed off everytime said its just a cold, she got so bad today wheezing I took her to the hospital and she has a serious chest infection and low oxygen levels and left any longer could of been fatal was his exact words! I know I should have took her sooner but my doctor has always been great til now, im so lucky my baby is on the mend, full of antibiotics but she's doing ok :-D
Thankyou :-D!! I will no longer be seeing this doctor I can't risk anything like this happening again but I will be writing a complaint its shocking I feel so lucky!!
Thats awful! What a crap doctor! I hope next time you see him if you ever do again you remind him of this as id say its his fault for not picking it up sooner. Am glad your little girl is on the mend and will be better very soon :-)
