pelvic pain!

I know that exercise is good during pregnancy, but I'm having excruciating pain in my pelvic bone after the smallest things. The other day, I walked up 2 blocks and back and could hardly walk for hours after I got home and today I just went to Target and feel equally as awful. I'm only 19 Weeks. What's going on and what can I do to soothe the ache?

I too get pelvic pain ...Midwife called it spd... ive had
It since week 14....I'm now 33 weeks... and find
It a really struggle to walk.  I've found a support
Belt can help... but not much.
Getting out of bed is worse.
Don't over do it... don't push through the pain...it
Makes it worse.
I've been signed off sick for almost 2 months now
and I don't see me going back. Just counting
Down the days now... I don't really leave the house
Anymore...

I did a little research. I think its pelvic girdle pain caused by loosening ligaments. I take vitamins that provide all necessary nutrients, so I'm pretty sure that's not it.  So unnecessary painful.

You might need calcium, ask your doc or nurse about it.
