One glass of apple juice makes me go
I bought fiber bars and maple oatmeal that's high in fiber to help me with that problem and it works every time. I also eat a lot of fruit and drink lots of water. Hope this helps :)
I had this same problem when i was 25-27 weeks i drank prune juice and it worked like a charm. Im now 33 weeks and its gotten better
Kiwi skins work as a natural laxative so that may help!
I was having this problem too, I was seriously going once a week but I started eating those chocolate chip fiber granola bars and they worked awesome i would eat one at night and would go the next morning every time.
Pericolace, colace, or surfak. I normally rely on pills pre-pregnancy but cut back on the cheese and bread, more green leafy vegetables. I also force myself to sit on the toilet every other day and I've just recently got off the pills last week. Just take time out to use the restroom even if u don't feel it.
I had a giant fruit bowl and ate a bunch or fibre rich things and that seems to help. You could always try prune juice or cranberry juice too!
