please help

Hello. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and all this time I've had sore nipples.it just won't seem to go away.and its uncomfortable when I shower,change,or during sexual activity.is this normal I've had it since before I discovered I was pregnant.any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks for your time. :)

I was re same at the start but when I change the type of bra I was wearing it got better n now don't have sore nipples anymore

Your going to get tired of hearing that it is normal. Sorry it is. Mine went away on its on and now it has come back. I just ignore it & tell the hubby the boobies are off limits. I hope you feel better.

It's normal. I had severly painful nipples and that is what made me test 3 days before my AF and got a positive. I was crying in the shower because it hurt to have the water hit me.

It did disappear for me I can't remember when exactly. Everyone is different it might disappear for you in the second trimester when your hormones kinda level out or it might not.

Try sleeping with a sports bra on. It seemed to help a little bit for me.

Totally normal and its not gonna go away.  With my first 2 pregnancies I had this as well, got luck this pregnancy and the sorness has been minimal.  Unfortunately there is not much you can do except wait for delivery then it gets better.  Good luck.
