After about 2 weeks you couldn't tell I had a baby. I started working out about a month after the baby just to tone everything back up. Was the same for my second and I'm hoping for this time around.
Oh and I walked a bunch. . Did crunches and squats and push ups... tried to work out the best I could at home when I could.. I also tried to cut my meals in half from what I was normally eating. Still eating nust as often and whatever I wanted but just a lot less.
Mine went back to normal after both kids. With my first baby it took me about 3 months to have my body back to normal. After my daughter my tummy still had a pooch but for the most part it went back to normal at about 4 months
Use a "faja" or waist trainer. Helps tuck everything back in. Glicerine gel helps for the stretch marks.
My friends body was back after a week. And now her baby is three months and she's running and etc. Like she never had a kid.il
I went mostly back after about 3 months. I lost all the weight in 4 weeks, but the linea negra line hung out for a few months. I only got a couple stretch marks and used lots of lotion to help them fade and smooth. Work out, keep taking prenatal vitimans, and use lotions on your problem areas and things will go mostly back. Some things will never be the same though.
Mine went back by 6 mos I just walked alot .. then I got preg again lol now hopefully it works the same this time lol
My sisters went back to normal about 8 month after but she didn't work out or use lotion or anything she just kind sat around so if u use lotion and work out it will probably go back sooner
