A woman cannot have normal cycles while pregnant. Having a period while pregnant would result in a miscarriage. Women can bleed while pregnant, but it is not a period.
Also, a positive pregnancy test does not mean 100% you are pregnant. They're rare, but a false positive is possible. No matter what, if you get a positive pregnancy test, you should go to the doctor even if you believe you miscarried.
Some women can have still have thier normal cycles when there pregnant. If you took a test and it said positive then you are pregnant. However i would go to the docter for a checkup they can tell you if your hcg levels are rising, they should double every 24 hours. Good luck xxx
You can still have spotting and things go ok. I would see a dr and have your hcg and progesterone levels checked to see if they are rising properly to see if its a viable pregnancy. I had outright bleeding with my first son and I was able to carry him to full term.(he's almost 10 now) good luck
If its a full period (a lot of red blood) then it sounds like you have had a chemical pregnancy.
You were pregnant but the egg didn't attach. A few weeks after you finish take another test to see if your hormones have returned to normal. Good luck.
