my ex is 15 weeks tommorow does that mean she fell 15 weeks ago or do they add 2weeks on the baby is 9cm long apperently but i dont get it shes tellin me they add 2 weeks on she tells me that shes 15 weeks pregnant but the baby has actualy only been in her for 13 weeks between that an 14 is that right some1 give me correct advise please ???
It means the baby is 13 weeks old. They add two weeks to the measurement because they date from the last period, not when the child was actually conceived. Perhaps it'd be a good idea for you to go to the next doctor appointment with her so the doctor can break it down for you.

It is highly unlikely. She didn't fall pregnant 15 weeks ago as that's when her period started. She fell pregnant roughly 13 weeks ago. I'm 19 and a half weeks pregnant and I fell pregnant 17 and a half weeks ago. Roughly you are not pregnant for the first two weeks of pregnancy. For her falling pregnant before the 25th it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. however being that sperm can last 5-7 days the chance of it being the other guys is still possible but if he wore a condom then it makes a a smaller possibilty , however in saying that I fell pregnant with this baby using condoms. When a women sleeps with two men in a cycle two days apart a DNA test is needed.
I think it's probably impossible to know if there's a third guy, unless both you and the other guy you know about DNA test and it's neither of yours. Is she known for lying like that?

no she come off on the 20th is there any chance she could off fell any time b4 the 25th or does it uasly take about 5 6 days to start ovulatein because she come off pill about a year ago an her periods wer weird all up an down but they wasnt major they was just a bit weird timein some times but she had a period from the 16th untill the 20th is there any chance she could off fell befor the 25 or not ?
And we have explained this to you, over and over again. I honestly don't know how else to word any of it. I've said it plainly, and I've said specifics. You still are somehow confused, and shouldn't be. Fact is, there are multiple people who could be the father. You're apparently concerned about someone that might or might not exist when you know for a fact she was sleeping with another guy. Be concerned about what you do know, which is that there is someone else would could be the father. She has sex with TWO PEOPLE in a time of 2 days so it could be EITHER one of you. That's all that matters. If there is another guy, you'll have to either ask her that or find out at birth.
no highly unlikey as usually you dont ovulate until the second week(approx) after your period has finished, unless she has extremely short cycles of 21 days(the time between one period and the next) she wouldnt have concieved before the 20th

If the other guy practiced proper safe sex then this guy can only be the dad its simple as long as the other guy didnt go anywhere near her without a condom on this guy is the fathere
I guess I'm curious why it matters. It won't make any difference about paternity. But I guess it's possible, given that your ovulation date is an estimate. The initial conception date they gave me was 5 days from the later one they settled on. I hadn't even had sex yet on the first conception date they gave me.
YES it is possible HOWEVER that does NOT matter. Point in case is you BOTH have the chance to be the father. I'm not sure why it matters if it was before the 25th, because she had sex with someone on the 25th. That is what matters.
Basically if he used a condom and used it properly, it didnt fall off, break etc, then it 98-99% effective, so if you look at it like this you have a 98-99% chance of you being the dad :)

The problem is that a lot of women's cycles are different than the "normal one" they use for calculating these things, and they may ovulate at different times during the month. As Clysta says the sperm can live up to 5 days inside a woman before it actually meets the egg, so if a woman has sex with two guys in the same week (like you and the other guy) there could be two sets of living sperm there competing to fertilize an egg. If you both have sex with her during the potential time when she ovulated, the range Clysta gave, it's possible either one of you fathered the child because you simply don't know exactly when she ovulated. I ovulated a full week after I was supposed to have, it's not uncommon for a woman to ovulate early or late in her cycle, so you can't know the exact day.
Ultrasound scans also go off of measurements of the baby, but because except for in the earliest scans babies develop at different rates, they're estimates as well. So doctors can only estimate conception, due dates etc., so yes, she's 15 weeks (or she conceived appoximately 13 weeks ago) but that's only an estimate. No, it can be you or the other guy. She has sex with him on September the 25th and you just a few days later. That's why I said you won't be able to guess on this - you need to have a DNA test done. If she DID use a condom the odds would not be high, but that's to say they're non-existent.

no i no all that all im sayin is she had a dateing scan an they classed her as 7weeks 2 days coz she wanted to find out how far she was she is now gone all this way an tomoz she 15weeks her last day off her period was the 20th of sep 15weeks ago makes the 21st of sep so how could it be mine or his iff it adds up that erlie does that mean that she slept with some1 else or do dates just work out like that ?
Because pregnancy is not dated to when she had sex. It is dated from her LMP, like ALL pregnancies are. Based on that she is 15 weeks pregnant, and the ultrasound matches that. You can guess till you're blue in the face, but it won't get you anywhere. Bottom line is, it could be either you or the other guy and you need a DNA test done when the baby is born.
Even if she did conceive between sept 26- Oct 4, the other guys sperm (if it mare it's way in her somehow) can live for up to 5 days. So if they were together on the 25th, his sperm could still impregnate her up till the 30th.

I didn't say she was 13 weeks, I've never said she was. I've stated numerous times that she is 15 weeks pregnant. I also said she COULD have conceived between those times based on LMP. However, this is also a guess and is not exact. If she has irregular periods that automatically flies out the window.
then how come you said yeah it would make her 13weeks :/ thats all i dint get and tell me she could have only concieved from the 26 up untill the 4th ?
