pregnancy induced carpal tunnel

Has anyone gotten the pregnancy induced carpel tunnel and if so, how long does it take after deliver for it to go away?  I have had it for months now.  I actually have carpel tunnel and tendonitis in both wrists and i'm hoping it goes away relatively soon after I deliver....which should be any day now.  Has anyone had an experience with this?

thanks ladies!  I just needed to know that is DOES in fact go away!  I have those braces I wear when I go to sleep too.  I can't type at work if I wear them during the day.  My numb fingers are driving me nuts!

I had it with my last pregnancy and it was pretty bad, but as far as I can remember I didn't have any trouble with it almost immediately after delivery.  I was given a wrist brace but it was utterly annoying so I never wore it.

For me it went away about a month after delivery. I've heard stories from other women where it took 2 or 3 months, but it does go away. Good luck.

I've had it with all 3 of my pregnancies.  It took about 2-3 months after delivery for it to go away with the first two but longer with number 3.  Almost 6 months this time.  I did get one of those braces u sleep in at night and it helps.  Good luck
