That's about right.  One baby aspirin a day is allowed, at least in early pregnancy, to keep the blood from being sticky or something.  The best way to tell is to look up any otc drug you want to take or call its 800 number, and to ask about contra-indications during pregnancy.  Almost nothing for a cold can be taken, it's a shame when you have a sore throat and are sneezing.  :)

Tylenol for pain, hydrocortosone with less then 1% for itching and stretching. tums prep H. My dr gave me a list of all approved meds you can take, I don't have it at the moment but if you ask your dr they will usually provide you with one.

Vitamins
Any over-the-counter prenatal vitamin with .8mg folic acid
Headache or Body Aches
Acetominophen (any Tylenol product without aspirin)
Nausea and Vomiting
Sea bands
Vitamin B6, 50mg, twice a day for a 4-5 day trial; continue if it helps
Emetrol, antacids, Tums, Rolaids, ginger/ginger tea, hard candy
Unisom 25mg, twice a day
Zyrtec 10mg, once a day
Heartburn
Antacids (Mylanta, Maalox, Riopan, Tums, Rolaids)
Tagamet HB, Zantac 75, Pepcid AC - may be used after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
Hemorrhoids
Tucks
Anusol or Anusol HC (suppositories, ointment)
Preparation H (suppositories, cream, ointment)
Constipation
High fiber diet, increase fluids
Metamucil, Citrucel, Perdiem
Milk of Magnesia, Senokot, Fibercon, Colace
Diarrhea
Kaopectate
Imodium (immodium) A-D
Sore Throat
Throat lozenges
