pregnent with twins 1 sac smaller then other

im 6wks 3 day pregnent with twins though ivf i ad my first us on the 1st n thay told me one sac is smaller then the other thay told me not 2 worry got another us in a week the babys are both fine but one as a slower heartbeat can u help

i went 4 a scan yesterday n both twins are same size n the sac,s n both doing fine so rly plzed bout that im due 23rd april x

It's too early to really know what will happen with the smaller sac. Some women experience Vanishing Twin Syndrome. It could also be that the angle was wrong, the measurements hard to get (depending on many factors). Or it could just mean that egg was conceived and implanted a couple days later than the first.

At this point, I wouldn't worry about it. The most important thing will be to see if there is growth at your next sono.
