pull out method?

me and my boyfreind have been using the pull out method for about 2.5 years and nothing has happened. we have also intentially not pulled out and still nothing. could that mean that he is infertile or that i am? i always thought that you could get pregnat using that method very easy. but i havnt. i also used this method with a previous bf but he actually never pulled out i was on the patch but not consistant.my mother put me on birth control as soon as i started my p[eriod so i have never been regualr uin that department could that be facter?

I'm confused. If you are trying to conceive why would you use the pull out method? Why wouldn't he just ejaculate inside of you?
