Hi I'm supposed to be 8 weeks and 5 days preg today and I had my first ultrasound and showed I was only 6 weeks and 1 day. I've had 2 miscarriages, I have to be on med for my hormone level, I'm very scared and worried. I cant go through another miscarriage. We did however see a heartbeat. Why would I not be where I need to be? I'm 100% positive about my lmp but they were never regular. Also this pregnancy was while using Clomid. Please help any advice would be wonderful. I just wanna be a mommy..

Ok thank u all so much.. from the ultrasound I should have conceived on Oct 14th and the drs office did a blood preg test on the 17th and it was positive that's why I am nervous about everything.. again thank u all for Iraq kind words and advice

Your LMP versus ovulation can be different, especially if it's irregular, a H/B is a good sign of a healthy pregnancy!

I think ultrasounds are bases on the aize of the fetus or uterus. Im not sure but u ahoildnt worry if the heartbeat is fine and if the dr says the baby is fine. :)

if  you seen a good heartbeat and things looked well i wouldn't worry you might of ovulated late.  this happen to me i was off by 10 days

I was supposed to be 9 weeks at my first ultrasound, but I was really only 7. Sometimes we ovulate later, but as long as you saw a heartbeat, that significantly reduces your chances of miscarriage. Congratulations! :)

I was only 8weeks at my first scan even tho I had worked out with my midwife from my lmp that I was 12 weeks. I duno how it works but I am now 27+4weeks with a healthy baby and pregnancy. so if u saw a healthy heart beat that's the best sign. try not to stress and I hope all goes great for u n baby x
