raspberry herbal tea???

Its red raspberry leaf tea that is suppose to help with labor not raspberry tea. I guess it coming from a leaf is what makes the difference lol I asked my dr. Today. The raspberry leaf tea you can find at vitamin shops or health shops. I found mine at babiesrus but it was called third trimester tea. Regular raspberry tea you can find anywhere :)

I started as soon as i hit third trimester at 27 weeks started off with one cup then moved up to 2 when im 33-34 weeks ill move up to 3

Yeah I think thats what it helps with. I just know that its really good to have when ur pregnant.
