I will be 37wks on Saturday (: & I was just a bit iffy on when to start taking it since one of my friends friend took it and two days later she actually went into labor (: I will start taking it tomorrow if anything waiting on my Dr to give me the okay (:
I bought some from babies r us I'm gonna start drinking it on sat when I'm 33 weeks
Any othe supplements to help labor go smooth? I also am a FTM and labor litterally scares the sh*t out of me.
My doula just had me start drinking raspberry leaf tea (almost 34 wks). It isn't for inducing labor though, it's for preparing the uterus for labor it helps tone the uterus muscles.
You can start having Raspberry Leaf Tea at 32 weeks. I have been researching it alot because I feel the same way as you, im not comfortable taking the evening primrose oil or castor oil. Im a FTM and the tea is supposed to help labor progress faster when you actually are in labor. So I'll just have to wait and see how it goes :) good luck!
Yeah seems odd lol but I dunno what the raspberry tea is supposed to do can't be bothered googling it either lok
Evening primrose oil, it comes in capsules that you can get at a health food atore, it helps soften your cervix so you dialate quicker
Yeah I've heard of that too but I rather not even try that lol thank you though
Evening primrose oil bought at health food shops it's said to soften the cervix....I'm just going by what I've read from other comments off other posts though
What's that? Lol sorry im lost :/
I started at 36, with EPO (orally) I swear by the stuff!
