Zofran is mostly used for nausea but if its not helping you can try a liquid antacid like maalox, mylanta o rpepcid ac (liquid works better than tablets) hope something helps

Most over the counter heartburn meds are ok in low doses during pregnancy,Zantac, Prilosec, Pepcid etc.

Does it feel like your teeth are burning? Lol.. my heartburn gegs so bad I literally felt like my teeth were on fire.. I drink a lot of milk ice cold.. but I found if I drink to much milk it constipates me.. tums leave a nasty film in my throat but I still eat them for the texture. I crave chalk nd clean dirt like gravel dirt when I'm pregnant nd the tums are the closest to chalk.. weird I know but I've found no relief with any of my pregnancies.. :(
