severe weakness

All i feel like doing is lying in bed all day lol. For the last three days I've been weak and getting fainting spells. I didnt have this problem before.I just hit 23weeks yesterday. I am careful to get up slowley and move slow but still i feel fainty. Could I have gestational diabeties. My grandma died from diabites and my dad has diabites and my family has a history of high blood pressure.

Also ask if it could be anemia.

I was also pregnant with twins and dr said thats probably why but he said rather safe than sry

Id go to dr... with my first pregnancy, i had the same issue. I went to dr & he said i had dangerously low blood pressure. I had to stay in hospital from 18-24 weeks cuz of it. I hope yours is not the same or if it is that it isnt as bad.
